What it does
- Deal snapshot. Auto-extracts parties, premises, rent, term, OpEx structure, security deposit, holdover, assignment, TI allowance, and more.
- Risk flags. Scores every clause against a 15-position tenant playbook (rent escalator caps, OpEx gross-up, personal guaranty, holdover, indemnity, default cure, SNDA, …).
- One-click redlines. Each flag includes a suggested redline that inserts as a tracked change at the offending clause.
